I was surprised to learn from a YouTube comment that Michael Nesmith passed away in December 2021. One of my first concerts was the Monkees. Michael has always been my favorite. All the songs that I like are either penned by Nesmith or sung by him. It is only now that I’ve started listening to his post-Monkees efforts. A lot of fans agree that Propinquity is one of his best songs of all time. So here it is and lets share a moment for him.
